The Society occasionally has pedigree Chinchilla, Shaded Silver, Golden, Smoke and Silver Tabby cats looking for permanent, loving homes. These are all specific colours/patterns of Persian Cats.
Sometimes they are older cats whose owners can no longer keep them, others are rescue cases. All will have been assessed for their suitability to be re-homed. All new owners will receive a home visit and a follow up, to ensure the cat has settled and there are no problems.
Please remember that all Persian cats require regular grooming; they will reward you with love and affection.
If you think you could offer a home to one of our cats, please contact our Welfare Officer, Jo Clements - see the Contact Us page.
Adoption fees vary according to circumstances, but as a guide we ask:
£250 for cats up to 3 years old
£150 for cats up to 7 years old
£100 for cats up to 10 years old
A donation to the Society for those cats over 10 years old
The Society's welfare and rescue unit is almost unique in the Persian section of the UK Cat Fancy, and to date has re-homed over 450 cats. We are justly proud of the excellent networks that have been built up with other Persian Rescues and Breed Clubs to offer a lifeline to cats who, otherwise, may be at risk.

Our Rescue Unit is purpose built and set in peaceful country surroundings, offering spacious runs and heated accommodation for the cats.
